God in Contemporary Literature (2016 – present)

Complutense University of Madrid, Spain

The project “God in Contemporary Literature” is a project that promotes research on the presence of God in contemporary literature (of any linguistic area) as well as the diffusion and literary creation of texts in which God is present. It is a project of literary studies where any religious, philosophical or simply personal perspective fits, from an open and respectful debate. The project is inter-university and was born in Madrid (Spain) in 2016. The project proposes to delineate a cartography of the presence of God in contemporary literature and to encourage and make known the literary creation in which God is a character of whom one speaks, to whom one speaks or who in turn inspires other literary characters.
